The new Leigh Park Community Centre is hoping to open its doors at the end of August 2010 (Date TBC).
· Community room to hire with floor area of 84m2 · Fully equipped kitchen · Under-floor heating and acoustic floor · Outdoor area · Other equipment available at an agreed cost

Hire Charges
Local Residents and Regular Bookings (10+ Sessions)
09:00 - 12:30 £28.00 13:00 - 16:30 £28.00 17:00 - 22:00 £30.00 Hourly Rate £10.00 All Day Hire £80.00
All other bookings
09:00 - 12:30 £32.00 13:00 - 16:30 £32.00 17:00 - 22:00 £34.00 Hourly Rate £12.00 All Day Hire £90.00
For those not wishing to use the centre for the set times during the morning, afternoon or evening, the hourly rate can be used (subject to availability).
Additionally, if you wish to hire the hall later than 10pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then the additional hourly rate should be added to the evening rate.
